The African American Heritage Alliance, Inc.

Founded in March, 2012 by Zann Nelson and Howard Lambert the organization is rapidly becoming known as "the Alliance" for good reason.

It's mission is to:
- educate and enlighten all who are interested (and some who
may initially think they are not)
- build an alliance of many hearts, minds, and hands.
- foster a better understanding of history
- correct misinformation and add new
- research and disseminated data through programs and
publications

"The Alliance" is not bound by any geographic area or period in history. However, as the 150th Anniversary of the American Civil War is now being commemorated, it serves as an excellent opportunity to focus on the African American aspects of that period.
